  • A WIP personal project built in Unity combining a first person 3D game, and a point-and-click adventure game (I call it a point-and-throw adventure game)

  • Aspires to be a wholesome, funny, feel-good game​

  • Puzzle and narrative design

  • Heavy use of Unity features including timelines, landscapes, prefabs, monobehavioius...etc​

  • Significant use of Blender to create 3D models

  • Worked with freelancers, providing review and feedback to develop character designs

History

Tobin's Tale is an idea that was born out of a Ludum Dare game jam about merging "two incompatible genres". The two I settled on were a first-person shooter, and a classic Lucasarts adventure game.

Suddenly, a verb shootin' game idea was born.

I then continued to tinker and develop the idea post the gamejam, and eventually gave it the name Tobin's Tale
